| | El Mesón de La Centinela is located in Chimayó, New Mexico on NM 76 (the High Road to Taos). Chimayó is between Santa Fe and Taos and is close to neighboring Indian Pueblos. From Santa Fe take Hwy 285/84 north to Española. Turn right on Hwy 106 and follow to Hwy 76 (about 1 mile) or go through Española and turn right directly onto Hwy 76 and head east towards the mountains. Continue just past the County Road 98 junction for 1 mile. The Inn will be on your right, across the highway from Centinela Traditional Arts. Please drive just past the Inn to the next driveway off 76 on the right to Oviedo Carvings & Bronze and ask for Pat to check in. Your drive time from Santa Fe will be 40 minutes.
